DR. CHANDRA PAL SINGH - CHAIRMAN

Dr. Chandra Pal Singh is a well-known Cooperator. Currently, he is President of International Cooperative Alliance-Asia Pacific Region (ICA-AP). He was Member of Parliament from Jhansi constituency in the 14^th Lok Sabha during 2004-2009 and Member of Rajya Sabha from 2014 to 2020. He has also served as President of NCUI. He has been Chairman of U.P. Cooperative Marketing Federation (PCF) for more than two terms. In addition, Dr. Yadav is also representing on the Boards of many International, National, State and District Level cooperative organizations.

Mr. M.R. Sharma - DIRECTOR

Mr. M.R. Sharma is a Chemical Engineering Graduate from IIT Roorkee (1981). He is having more than 42 years of experience in Fertilizer Industry. He has worked in various capacities in KRIBHCO and Oman including Plant head of Hazira Fertilizer complex. He joined KRIBHCO in the year 1982. Presently he is working as Managing Director and Director (Technical) in KRIBHCO.

For his commendable contribution and his services, he was awarded as the outstanding CEO by Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry and featured in prestigious ‘The CEO Magazine’ in the year 2021.

Mr. Rakesh Kamra - Independent Director

Mr. Rakesh Kamra, is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honors) from Delhi university. He has been Finance Director in Kribhco for many years and Chief Financial Officer in Kribhco Fertilizer Ltd. He has more than 35 years’ experience of finance, accounts and management.

MS. Subha Rajan Tampi - Independent Director

Ms. Subha Rajan Tampi, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science (History) and a Master’s degree in english literature from Kerala university. She has around 30 years of experience in various industries, including a position as head of external relations in Industry Business Association, Lecturer in overseas countries like Liberia and Egypt. She is passionate about serving underserved communities through social initiatives and has worked with Image India (NGO).

MR.VIRENDRA SINGH SIROHI - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Virendra Singh Sirohi is a Post graduate in Management from Indian Institute of Management Ahmadabad. He is presently working with Kribhco Agri Business Limited (KABL) as its Managing Directors spearheading the company for global export Import business. Prior to joining KABL he had worked as Marketing Director of Kribhco, a leading All India Cooperative institution in India, looking after pan India marketing of its well diversified agri inputs ranging from chemical fertilizers, bio-fertilizers, organic fertilizers to seed. He was also associated with Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and chemicals Ltd(GNFC) for long time, last assignment being its Executive Director Marketing. He has a highly enriched experience in marketing of Agri Inputs and development of Business Strategies. Mr Sirohi, had been Chairman of Marketing Advisory Committee of Fertilizer Association of India where in he has imparted his Guidance and expertise to Fertilizer manufacturers and marketeers of the country. Looking at his valuable contribution to the field of marketing, The World Marketing Congress has listed him as Most Influential Marketing Leaders during the year 2016. He has actively contributed to the development of educational institutions as a trustee for providing higher education in commerce, science, management, and computer science. He has widely travelled to many countries for training and business purposes.
